This release introduces new capabilities and bug fixes to enhance email handling, voice bot accuracy, and overall platform reliability.

• NEW Added a new voice isolation capability that improves voice bot understanding in noisy environments by filtering background noise in real time.
• NEW Added a new option to include a configurable email template, with language fallback and attachments, when forwarding emails.
• RESOLVED Fixed an issue where end-of-speech detection settings were not applied correctly in Speechmatics STT.
• RESOLVED Fixed an issue where conversational bot node outputs did not display a tooltip, making it difficult to distinguish between similarly named outputs.
• RESOLVED Fixed an issue where certain incoming emails were not received or displayed in Buzzeasy.
• RESOLVED Fixed an issue where the Send Reply node used the channel email instead of the customer’s email when placed after another Send Reply or Forward node.
