This release includes new features for transcription and service hooks, along with fixes for issues in role creation, campaign processing, call recording, and documentation.

  • NEW Support for recording transcription based on customer language profiles with configurable providers and default language settings.
  • NEW Service hook triggers when a voice call transcript is created, sending conversation ID, end time, and customer ID.
  • RESOLVED Fixed an issue where clicking the Save button multiple times while creating a role caused duplicate entries in the roles list.
  • RESOLVED Fixed an issue where scheduled campaign records created via the public API were not processed and remained stuck in the 'Newly added' state.
  • RESOLVED Fixed an issue where outbound workflow campaign calls were not recorded, even when recording was enabled for both customers and agents.
  • RESOLVED Fixed an issue where documentation for conversational bot email templates did not mention the required use of #BotResponse, leading to bot failures.
