List of supported file types for attachments
Graia CCaaS has various security measures in place to prevent malicious users from using the system in ways that may compromise its stability. Such a measure is file type allowed to pass through the system.
We provide a comprehensive list of what is allowed and what is not allowed to be send over through email, webchat or by the agent. Please note that Graia CCaaS has no control over the files sent over across other digital channels such as Instagram, Viber, Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp as the companies behind those providers already have their own security measures in place.
Supported file types for email and webchat
The following restrictions apply to the customer facing side as well as agent side, meaning customers and agents cannot send these files through the system. Office 365 may allow certain files that are not in the list, these files will be rejected by Graia CCaaS once an attempt to copy them over is made.

Unsupported file types
- exe, bat, dll
- js, ts, html
- any video format not on the supported list
- any image format not on the supported list
- any document format not on the supported list
Attachment size limitations
The total allowed size of files agents can attach to a message is 20MB. This applies to attachments for both email and chat tasks and it is measured on a per message basis for all the files added.
